In the event of a sale, the warranty can be transferred to the new homeowner if they become the primary occupant within twelve months from the date of possession.
Our warranty covers defects caused by improper installation and damage to the products during application by our installation crew. This includes coverage for roof replacement components such as valleys, flashings, and vents. We've also increased the warranty for wind and granular damage to twenty years.
In the event of a valid warranty claim, we will provide the necessary labour to repair any defective installation workmanship and supply replacement materials when necessary. We reserve the right to substitute materials of equal value if the original materials are no longer readily available.
