Gerry’s Roofing & Siding is currently seeking experienced installers or general labourers for siding, soffit, fascia, & eavestrough crews for our growing residential construction company in Hamilton! Looking to fill multiple positions to start as soon as possible as our industry is booming. Experience in the industry is preferred, however, not necessary. What You Bring:

1+ years of sales and lead generation experience

Flexibility to work some late afternoon shifts and Saturdays

Proficiency with CRMs and MS Office (Word, Excel)

Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport

Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines

Valid driver’s license

Experience in home improvement or construction is a plus

Comfortable following a script and structured approach

Compensation Structure

Base + Commission

Hourly Base Pay: $20 per hour

Commission: $25 for each verified lead (a homeowner who agrees to a booked
estimate) plus monthly bonuses available.
