I do hope this last piece of information from you will appease this BP Shingles company. They not only made a crappy shingle but have made me dance like a captive dog begging for a few scraps. I want to take this time to thank you and your team for the incredible service and quality that you have provided my project. We contracted with your company for a new roof because you came highly recommended by our project's door provider (QSI and an eaves trough company known for their quality as well). Your team installed the roof and added repairs to the front fascia that were above and beyond your responsibility and scope of work. The final results were astounding and your team worked in the worst weather we have seen for many years, completing the job on time with incredible high quality that your references referred to. Your installer Fred was the most polite and friendly worker I have encountered and would love to have him work for us anytime. While installing my new front door, the contractor discovered that most of the inside wall material holding up the wall and outside stucco was decayed beyond usage due to a small leak that was in my roof. Your team was recommended to contact and we are glad we did. We needed a roofing contractor fast and you and your team came through in spades. Good morning, I would like to offer my thanks to the roofing crew for finishing my roof in the rain on Friday as I am sure that was very dangerous and uncomfortable. (I was thankful that they did as the ceiling in my kitchen had a small leak Friday just before lunch that has now resolved and was dry in Sunday's rain.) They did an excellent final clean up of the property and even came back on Saturday to complete the caulking. I am looking forward to the completion of the siding, soffit, fascia and eaves and to finally be able to sit back and enjoy an updated house. Thanks

We are very happy with our roof and we’re glad that we chose your company. Firstly, your company was recommended to us by a young fellow we had that took care of a squirrel problem we had earlier in the spring. Secondly, we were happy with Rock who came to give us the quote, he was very polite and informative and made sure we understood exactly what we would be getting. Thirdly, the crew that came were really great too and the young man in charge of the crew was very polite and they wasted no time and got the job done quickly. Last fall I had some leaks in my Kitchen ceiling. I had called several contractors for repairs of the area. When the salesman from Gerry's came out he said he could fix the area but pointed out that there were several other area that need repair as well. It was better that maybe I should consider replacing the whole roof as it would be cheaper in the long run. I told him the roof was only 10 years old. He said I could possibly get warranty on the shingles and proceeded to give me all the info I needed to apply for the warranty. I decided to do the whole roof with them and they were reasonable as compared to another contractor. They scheduled the roof, they were there when they said they would be there, and were done in a day. The job was well done and there was no mess on my lawn. They even suggested that I put in another vent as this could have caused part of problems in the first place. They did not take payment until I was fully satisfied with the work. I would truly recommend them to someone else.

I had this company recommended to me and got several quotes. The estimator was the most thorough and pointed out places of rot that I hadn't even noticed, nor did anyone else apparently, but on inspection were. They did the roof first and then the aluminum clad fascia and down spouts. They accommodated my desire for rain barrels and provided extensions for the winter when they would not be in use. When it turned out that I had inadvertently blocked my neighbour with one of my rain barrels, they promptly returned and rerouted the offending downspout at no extra cost even though it was my mistake. They were quick and cleaned up really well and my house looks great.

Had someone recommend these guys. They were not the cheapest quote I got but I had a good feeling they would do the kind of job I was looking for. They started in 3 weeks just like was promised, did a pretty good job. I saw 2 issues I asked to have fixed and they sent someone immediately. (minor issues - one area needed caulk and a piece around the window trim had come loose). They didn't ask for a deposit, and I had to call them to pay as I was leaving for vacation (weeks after job completed!), but apparently that's normal business. I wish all contractors were this professional. They did have a separate crew for siding soffit/fascia and eves, so it happened over 2 days. Hire these guys you wont regret it.

We received five tenders from our detailed specifications for roof replacements that were sent to various companies for a quote. Your company was chosen not only for the price that was presented, but also for your approach in completing thirty-two roofs in a specified timeline. Roger, from your firm, was very knowledgable at our board and owners' meeting. We expected that each night the crews would be doing a general clean up around the units being worked on. However, the 3 crews that you had on the site, surpassed this requirement throughout the whole project. All crew members were very courteous to all the owners and kept our consultant up to date on work days and which units you would be working on. Also, your supervisor and crews worked closely with our consultant and if there were corrections to be made, these were done in a timely manner, and your thorough study of what was required enabled us to stay within your quote. There was just a very small overrun we required for further metal work to be competed. Some owners commented that your crews worked so efficiently that it seemed like there was no on here. In addition, any damage, which was very minor, was taken care of within a day or two, and all specifications for this project were done in an exceptional manner. We highly recommend Gerry's Roofing for any future projects.

In follow up to our initial inquiry, we were promptly put in contact with Rick, Project Estimator. He was excellent to work with. He spent the time to put together a comprehensive quote and to provide suggestions based on what he determined were our expectations. He was very patient and helpful in providing unbiased feedback as to the colour siding that would work well with our home. He brought samples and demonstrated how each colour might work. Upon signing our contract we were provided with an approximate date as to when we could expect the work to be done which proved to be accurate. Rick followed up with us in person on completion of the project. Anwar, Jay and Lazar, the installation crew were very professional . They answered any questions we had and worked diligently to complete the work in a timely manner. They arrived early and left the site clean at the end of each day and at the end of the project. We would highly recommend Gerry’s and use again.
