Joel & Karena Knight
Owners / Project Estimator / Secretary
Joel has been working in the roofing & construction industry since 2003. He started his construction career as a full-time installer and then transitioned over to estimating for Gerry’s Roofing & Siding in 2010. Joel has now taken ownership of the business, with Gerry as his advisor. Joel is married to Karena, and they have 3 very active boys. Joel is committed to serving his local church by singing on the praise team & managing the audio visuals department. In his spare time Joel enjoys playing basketball, snowboarding, and working out at a local gym.
Karena has been a secretary for over 15 years. She started her secretary career at St. Joseph’s Healthcare in Hamilton and enjoyed working with a team of healthcare professionals. Karena then joined Gerry’s Roofing & Siding along with her husband Joel. Karena loves working with people, helping those around her, and spending time with her 3 young boys. In her spare time, Karena loves to visit family and friends, and enjoys helping others design and decorate their houses. If you are having trouble choosing colours or design for your next project, Karena is the one you want to talk to.
Gerry St. Germain
Founder / Advisor
Gerry got started out in the roofing industry as a summer job decades ago. That led to creating his own company in 1980 that you see here today. After serving his community and customers for many decades, he retired and sold the business to long time employee Joel. He stays on as a advisor and mentor to the team.

Paul
Service Manager
Paul has been working at Gerry’s Roofing & Siding since 2006, and has been in the construction industry for over 30 years. Paul has a ton of experience in roofing and siding, and is a wealth of knowledge at Gerry’s. If you ask Paul what is most important, he will say his lovely wife, his two children, and his four grandchildren (who he spoils every chance he gets). In his spare time, Paul likes to golf, play hockey, and travel.
Tim
Senior Project Manager
Tim has been in the construction industry over 30 years. He has been with Gerry’s Roofing since 2013 and has been a Project Manager since 2017. Tim has the expertise and skills to handle this demanding position. In his free time, he likes to cook, spend time with his family, and going for long rides on his Harley Davidson motorcycle.
Greg
Project Manager
Greg has been in the roofing industry for over 20 years, and has an extensive knowledge of roofing. Greg joined Gerry’s Roofing & Siding in August 2022. He enjoys spending time with his fiancé, and his two children. He also enjoys playing golf and hockey in his spare time.

Project Estimator
Dave is a family man that loves his wife and children. He has a passion for connecting with people, golf, and travel. Through ownership of his own business in construction he has gained broad experience. He does life, work, and relationships with strong convictions and honesty and loves to have fun! His experience and expertise will partner with you to make the best decision for your investment that meets your specific needs

Project Estimator
Cosimo has spent the better part of the last 20 years in the Real Estate and Customer Service industries. Cosimo prides himself on his ability to build lasting relationships with all of his clients, he has a “once a client, always a friend” mentality. Outside of his work, Cosimo is a dedicated father and husband who loves staying active in sports and spending time in the great outdoors.
Bernadette
Customer Experience Specialist
Meet Bernadette, our dedicated Customer Experience Specialist with over 30 years of leadership in customer success in both Ireland and Canada. Bringing extensive expertise to the Senior Care industry for over a decade, Bernadette holds a designation in Elder Planning Counselling. Her role involves working one-on-one with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and contributing valuable insights to enhance our team's efficiency. Beyond her professional endeavors, Bernadette enjoys playing the accordion and singing in a local Celtic band.
Cal
Human Resources/Office Manager
Originally from Toronto, Cal moved to downtown Hamilton in 2022 and works in the finance department at Gerry’s Roofing. She is a great cook and enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren, keeping up on current events, gardening, exploring the natural beauty surrounding Hamilton and visiting the local art scene.
Ciara
Customer Care Manager
Ciara has been with Gerry’s Roofing since August 2022. Ciara is passionate about providing efficient assistance, and extending kindness and understanding to all customers. Growing up being very involved in sports, Ciara is a team player and is always ready to help where needed. She has endless amounts of love to give to animals, and especially enjoys spoiling and spending time with her dog Elektra and her sister’s dog Ekko.
Dionne
Controller
Dionne is the controller at Gerry’s Roofing & Siding. Dionne has always loved numbers, and is a Chartered Professional Accountant. Dionne keeps Gerry’s running smoothly, and we are happy to have her on our team. In her spare time, Dionne loves to go on bike rides, hiking, and has found a new interest in learning the acoustic guitar.
Allen
Bookkeeper
Allen is our bookkeeper at Gerry's Roofing and Siding. He takes pride in keeping things tidy, in order, and organized with his keen attention to detail.
During his free time, you'll find Allen and his dog outdoors on trails and or at the park. He loves to check out the latest restaurants with his fiancé and try new recipes in the kitchen.
